Long live Mother's Day! Say "I love you mom" by creating a collection of hearts and placing them on picture frames or simply as decoration on furniture. A heart, collage, resin ...anything is possible!
Step 1: Using a heart-shaped template, draw the pattern on the cardboard.
Step 2 : Draw the shape of a heart on a sheet of scrapbooking paper of your choice. Cut the cardboard as well as the paper. Tip: To work faster, you can use Big Shot type die cutting systems
Step 3 : Glue the paper heart onto the cardboard heart using Bindex which is applied on both sides of the heart.
Step 4: Apply a coat of Bindex on the Scrapbooking paper and allow to dry.
Step 5: Prepare the glazing resin following the instructions: Mix 20ml of resin with 10ml of hardener. Gently pour the resin in the center of the hearts. Tip: prepare several small hearts in advance in order to use all of the resin.
Step 6 : Using the wooden stick, bring the resin to the edges of the heart, cover the entire surface and allow to dry 6 hours away from dust.
