You will need:

  • Pretty ribbons

  • Drying time: 48 hours
  • Time to make: 2 hours for 7 gift tags
  • Difficulty: medium - age 7 and up with the help of an adult.

Step 1: Prepare the leather:

  • Decide on the size you want for your labels.
  • Use a ruler to measure and mark the size on the leather and carefully cut out the labels following the marks.
  • Use a punch or scissors to make a small hole in the top corner of each label.

Step 2: Personalise with Christmas messages:

Step 3: Attach to gifts using ribbons

 

  • Pass a ribbon through the hole drilled in each label.
  • Tie a knot to secure the ribbon.
  • Make sure any ink used is dry before attaching the tags to the gifts.
  • Attach your personalised labels to Christmas presents with ribbons.
