Step 1: Preparation and sketches

  • Prepare your workspace by covering the surface to prevent stains. Gather all the materials you need.
  • On a sheet of paper, sketch the designs you want to add to your candles. This will help you develop clear ideas before you start decorating.

Step 2: Application of colours

  • Use the acrylic markers to colour and decorate the candle according to your sketches. Be creative and experiment with different colours and patterns. Fine brushes can be used for precise details.

Step 3: Finishing and drying

  • Allow the paint to dry completely. Use a hair dryer on low to speed up the process if you're in a hurry.
  • Inspect your design and add further details if necessary. Make sure the paint is completely dry before handling the candles.
